Feeding Wild Birds in Autumn

The time to decide whether to continue, resume or stop feeding wild birds is fast approaching. Unfortunately, the pleasure we’ve taken in feeding feathered wildlife has altered some species’ migration.   So if you decide to feed the birds this fall, don’t stop mid-season, because a number of species will take advantage of this source of nourishment either to fuel up before migrating or to stock up to get through our harsh winter.
